4. Australian Olympic Committee and UC Professor tag team for long-term battle against overweight and obesity

   Professor Dick Telford and the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) CEO Matt Carroll AM collaborated on a submission to the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) Health Council for a National Obesity Strategy (NOS) to deliver “real and tangible outcomes” in the long term.
