Overview
Awarded to commencing international students from specific countries in the Oceania region applying to a UC undergraduate and postgraduate coursework degree at UC's Australian campuses.
All applicants are assessed for a scholarship at the time of application to the course at UC. No further application is required.
Diplomatic students not eligible.
Scholarship is available to students in:
- American Samoa
- Cook Islands
- Fiji
- French Polynesia
- Guam
- Kiribati
- Marshall Islands
- Micronesia
- Nauru
- New Caledonia
- Niue
- Palau
- Papua New Guinea
- Samoa
- Solomon Islands
- Tonga
- Tuvalu
- Vanuatu
Eligible courses include:
- All on-campus delivered courses at UC Bruce Campus, Sydney Hills Campus, and TAFE Queensland Campus
Academic achievement requirements include:
- GPA 5.5 out of 7
- 80% (or equivalent grade) or higher for Bachelor degrees
- 75% (or equivalent grade) or higher for Masters degree
