I am interested in exploring local histories and forgotten historic sites. Living in the historic, rural community of Yass has opened my eyes to previous histories and stories that have been lost. I use my photography as my medium as i feel a picture speaks more than a thousand words. I take inspiration from other Australian photographers like Trent Parke.
